Adding your prescription after payment?
Whether you've used our services before or are a new customer, you can provide us with your prescription later either by email, photo, phone or post. We'll provide full instructions on how to do this in the order confirmation page and email.
Please be aware, if you choose to add your prescription later then the total basket price may not reflect the true total until after your prescription is provided. In these cases, you will have to pay the outstanding balance before your order can be completed.
