Returning Goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your glasses you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition in original packaging with all associated items present i.e. returns form, case and cloth.
Adjustments to your refund are as follows;
• If you purchase a pair of our glasses with customised lenses you will receive a full refund on the frame and 50% refund on the lenses, (i.e. Prescriptions, high index lenses, varifocals or sunglass lens options) as they have been made to your personal specifications.
• If you provide the wrong prescription and wish to refund them you will receive a full refund on the frame and 50% refund on the lenses.
• If you wish to exchange your frame for one of a lower price we will refund you the difference in price. If you would like to exchange your glasses for a model that is more expensive we will charge you the difference in price.
Right to Cancel
If you make a purchase on this website, you are entering into a legal contract. You have a legal right to cancel this contract within a set period of 7 days without giving any reason. All you have to do is notify us of your decision to cancel and we will refund your purchase. This cancellation right does not apply to any made-to-measure products, personalised products or products made to your specification. Advice about your legal right can be obtained from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
To summarise;
• You have a right to cancel orders within 7 days for any reason.
• You must notify us, in a clear statement via email to contact@allspecs.co.uk
• You must return goods to us in the event you receive them before cancelling.
• You must not have tampered with or attempted any repairs on goods.
• This right does not apply to custom goods. (I.e. made-to-measure, personalised goods or prescription lenses.
Effects of Cancellation
If you choose to cancel this contract, we will fully refund your purchase, including standard delivery costs. We will not cover supplementary costs of delivery where you chose an option other than our least expensive delivery method. We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss of goods as a result of unnecessary handling by you.
Refunds will be made to you without undue delay, and no later than;
• 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us.
• If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decisions to cancel this contract.
Refunds will be made to you using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
Faulty or damaged products on arrival.
Any products returned to us that you claim to be defective will be checked by our lab technicians. Any products not found to be defective will be returned to you and we will charge you for delivery via the payment method you used at the initial transaction. If not, we will hold the product until payment has been received for transport costs.
If you notify us of a faulty or damaged product, our only obligation will be, at your options;
(a) To make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(b) To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
(c) To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose..
We will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising out of a problem that falls under this condition. We have no liability to pay you any money by way of compensation other than to refund you for the goods in question as above.
