Yes. We currently don't sell varifocal lenses online because they require precise fitting measurements. These measurements can be carried out by our dispensing opticians to guarantee a perfect fit.

Our laboratory technicians will assess the condition of your glasses to make sure that the frame can withstand the reglazing process. After checking your prescription we will either contact you with advice if necessary or proceed with your reglaze as ordered. You will then receive an email confirming that your reglaze has been completed and is out for delivery.

You will receive an email confirming we are in possession or your glasses before checking your order details and beginning the reglaze process.

For standard single vision we aim to complete the reglaze within 7 working days. For Reglazes that require customised lenses, i.e. high index lenses, coatings, sunglass tints, or single vision with high prescriptions (SPH +/- 3.00 and above) may take up to 14 working days to arrive.

As your glasses will be delivered to you in the same condition as they were sent to us this is very unlikely, however most optician shops will adjust your frames for free or a small fee. Alternatively you can bring your glasses to our shop and we will carry out this service free of charge.

Our Highly skilled and experienced laboratory technicians take great care when reglazing customer’s frames, however breakages can happen. This is a rare occurrence and most frames withstand the reglazing process. Allspecs optical will not be held responsible for any breakage which may occur during the glazing process, because of weaknesses or damage in previously used frames.
